DISC Belgium organizes customised and company-specific safety training. In consultation with the client, a training presentation is prepared that deals with the desired safety themes.

To assist in the preparation of the presentation and the training, an intake session is always held at the company first, so that the visual material can be gathered and a clear impression of the company is formed.

Courses are set up to be dynamic; we prefer to work in groups of no more than 20 employees, which encourages interaction.

Dates and durations are always decided in close consultation with the client. Training courses can be held at client premises or outside, at the client’s discretion.
